St. Moritz is in the Upper Engadine, in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. The drive takes you from Zürs over the Flexen Pass and the Arlberg Pass to St. Anton, down the Stanzertal to Landeck, then up the Inn valley to the Swiss border, and on through the Lower Engadine to St. Moritz.
St. Moritz in winter – about 2 hours 55 minutes from Zürs by private taxi.
Is the Flexen Pass road open in winter?
Yes, the Flexen Pass road is cleared and kept open in winter. On rare days with heavy snow or high avalanche danger, the authorities can close it for a few hours. If that happens, we watch the road status, call you and drive as soon as it reopens.
Crossing the border into Switzerland
Because St. Moritz lies in Switzerland, your transfer crosses the Austrian–Swiss border. Everyone in the car will need a valid passport or ID card. The journey times quoted here are approximate, not guaranteed – in winter and when traffic is heavy, allow some extra time.

I recently used the taxi service Taxi Anton in my first holiday in Austria and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. The driver was punctual, friendly, and had a good knowledge of the local area. That helped us a lot in our journey with 2 small kids.
