The route from St. Anton to Dalaas in winter and summer
Dalaas lies in the Klostertal, on the Vorarlberg side of the Arlberg, past Klösterle and Wald am Arlberg on the way to Bludenz. From St. Anton two roads lead there: over the Arlberg Pass (1,793 m) via St. Christoph, Alpe Rauz, Stuben, Langen, Klösterle and Wald, or through the Arlberg road tunnel to Langen and on through the Klostertal. Both are about 27 km and take about the same time.
Over the pass or through the tunnel?
We take the better road on the day. If the Arlberg Pass road between St. Christoph and Alpe Rauz is closed because of avalanche danger, we simply drive through the Arlberg road tunnel – so Dalaas can be reached even when the pass is closed.
